Catherine DelVento has worked in the afterschool field for the last ten years. Her diverse experiences include coordinating 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) programs, co-directing a youth center and developing summer inclusion programs. Catherine is a political strategist and consultant for Massachusetts Afterschool Partnership directing legislative strategy. Catherine also serves as a mentor to new 21st CCLC Programs in Massachusetts providing technical assistance and professional guidance to programs in years one and two of funding.

Joe Davis is an expanded learning advocate serving as the chief operating officer for the Florida Afterschool Network. Previously, Joe served as chief of the Bureau of Family and Community Outreach at the Florida Department of Education. Joe's commitment to Florida's children and families has resulted in several awards, including a statewide "Award of Excellence" from the Florida Afterschool Alliance, an Honorary Life Membership in the Florida PTA, and status as a fellow with the Florida Supreme Court Justice Teaching Institute (JTI).
