Today's students increasingly learn through technology-based approaches, but low-income students often do not have access to digital learning opportunities. Integrating technology into expanded learning settings can help fill this opportunity gap. TASC convened a digital learning forum and working group, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education, to identify promising practices and to develop policy recommendations to enhance access and promote quality.
