Sheila Oehrlein

Sheila Oehrlein leads the Safe and Healthy Learners at the Minnesota Department of Education. She has staffed the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant program for the department for 6 years. Oehrlein has nearly 20 years of experience working with or on behalf of youth, having worked in a variety of settings including schools, and child care centers.
